Request current reference data via SAPI

Retrieves current reference data for securities in a server-side context. Supports the same parameters as the Desktop API ReferenceDataRequest but executes on the server without requiring a Bloomberg Terminal session. Enterprise entitlements are validated through the SAPI authorization service.
