Subscribe to real-time market data

Creates a real-time market data subscription for one or more securities and fields. The subscription delivers continuous updates as market data changes. This is the primary mechanism for receiving live price feeds through BLPAPI. Subscription data is delivered asynchronously via the BLPAPI event loop.
