Create an event source mapping

Creates a mapping between an event source and a Lambda function. Lambda reads items from the event source and invokes the function. Supported event sources include Amazon Kinesis, Amazon DynamoDB Streams, Amazon SQS, Amazon MQ, Amazon MSK, self-managed Apache Kafka, and Amazon DocumentDB.
