ShoreTel was a Sunnyvale, California business communications company founded in 1996 that built IP-based unified communications (UC), VoIP phone systems, and contact-center products for the enterprise, spanning on-premises ShoreTel systems and the cloud-hosted ShoreTel Sky platform.
