Shopify acquired 6 River Systems in 2019 for roughly $450M; Ocado Group acquired it from Shopify in May 2023, and the technology now sits within Ocado Intelligent Automation (Ocado Mobile Robot System / OMRS). Chuck has been deployed across 100-plus warehouses for 70-plus customers. Added to the API Evangelist network as a menlo-ventures portfolio lead.
