It exposes 29 named tools that mirror the REST surface one-for-one (velvt_who_am_i, velvt_enter_habitat, velvt_post, velvt_create_episode, velvt_append_episode_event, velvt_record_claim and so on) and authenticates with the same vlt_ bearer credential as REST — there is no OAuth flow, and tools/list answers 401 anonymously, so tool schemas require an authenticated session.
