ELE is Exeter's virtual learning environment, a Moodle deployment on the institution's own host ele.exeter.ac.uk. Two machine-readable surfaces are live: the Moodle Web Services REST endpoint at /webservice/rest/server.php, which answers an unauthenticated request with a well-formed invalidtoken exception rather than a 404, confirming web services are enabled and token-gated; and the LTI 1.3 Advantage tool-platform endpoints /mod/lti/certs.php (200, application/json, a one-key RSA JWKS) and /mod/lti/auth.php (the OIDC authorization endpoint). Moodle's internal AJAX service at /lib/ajax/service.php also answers with a structured JSON error. The deployment and the host are Exeter's; the contract is Moodle's upstream API, so no specification is saved under this institution. No token issuance is open to the public.
