Three Shibboleth Service Providers run on University of Canterbury hosts and publish machine-readable SAML 2.0 metadata at the standard Shibboleth.sso/Metadata location — LEARN (learn.canterbury.ac.nz, the Moodle LMS), assessment.canterbury.ac.nz and eportfolio.canterbury.ac.nz. All three returned HTTP 200 and a valid md:EntityDescriptor on 2026-08-30, each with an entityID under canterbury.ac.nz and OrganizationDisplayName "University of Canterbury". Institution-operated by definition, machine-readable, and the most substantial open programmable surface this institution has that is not a repository protocol endpoint.
