Probed 2026-09-01: the entityID returns HTTP 200 text/xml, 10,878 bytes of SAML 2.0 metadata; SSOService and SingleLogoutService resolve to https://sir.rediris.es/upf/saml2/idp/. A federation is shared by definition and the SSO endpoints run on RedIRIS infrastructure under a UPF-specific /upf/ path, but the entity, the scope and the user population are UPF's — recorded as federation, never deleted as a shared host.
