Create, list, rename, and delete customer-authored labels that can be attached to transactions. Labels are customer-defined strings used to group transactions in ways that are meaningful to the customer (for example a trip, work expenses, or a renovation project). They are distinct from `tags`, which are produced by Bud's enrichment pipeline. Labels are scoped to the authenticated customer and can be applied to transactions via the __Assign Transaction Label__ and __Unassign Transaction Label__ endpoints under __Manage Financial Data__.
