A Shibboleth Service Provider operated in front of RITEC on the institution's own host. The DSpace REST API advertises it explicitly in a WWW-Authenticate header (shibboleth realm="DSpace REST API"), and the SP publishes SAML metadata at /Shibboleth.sso/Metadata. Recorded because Shibboleth is a named `education` regime standard and because a working SP is institution-operated by definition — no vendor runs an SP for you.
