StorONE S1 REST API is published by [StorONE](https://apis.io/providers/storone/) on the [APIs.io](https://apis.io/) network. Tagged areas include Storage, Block Storage, File Storage, Object Storage, and Replication. The published artifact set on APIs.io includes API documentation, an API reference, a getting-started guide, and authentication docs.

The S1 REST API manages a StorONE storage system: create and manage applications, volumes, snapshots, shares, file systems and object stores; register hosts and mappings; configure NAS servers, floating IPs and replication; manage nodes, drives and pools; read live and historical capacity, performance, utilization and health monitoring; and configure notification targets. Authentication is a session token obtained from POST /login and sent in the Authorization header. Because S1 is customer-deployed software, the base URL is the address of one of the customer's own S1 controller nodes.
