Qatar University runs Ellucian Banner Self-Service at mybanner.qu.edu.qa, on its own network (netname QUNET). The host answers 200 with a real Banner menu, so the system is live and institution-hosted, but nothing about it is public: the classic Banner course-catalog and class-schedule modules (bwckctlg.p_disp_dyn_ctlg, bwckschd.p_disp_dyn_sched) both return HTTP 500, the Ellucian Student Registration SSB class-search path returns 404, and no Ethos or Banner API documentation was found. Recorded as an institution-operated surface with no published contract — not as an API with a contract we do not have.
