The Moodle Web Services REST interface is enabled on POSTECH's LMS and is publicly reachable, but every anonymous call returns the moodle_exception errorcode invalidtoken. Tokens are issued inside the LMS to POSTECH account holders; there is no public registration, no documented function catalog and no external developer program, so the surface is real and gated rather than absent. Recorded because a gated surface is a different measurement from a missing one.
