The batch counterpart to the real-time LeadiD queries — a versioned REST surface on myJornaya for driving Activate audience instances: list the Activate instances on an account, retrieve a presigned upload URL and POST a hashed CSV monitoring file into an instance, list recent signal runs, and fetch the download URL for a given run date (or "latest"). Authenticated with a self-service Bearer API access token minted at app.jornaya.com/activate/access-tokens, with a {"Code","Message"} error envelope and HAL-shaped _links on collections.
