Horizontally scalable, multi-tenant, long-term Prometheus-compatible metrics storage. Exposes Prometheus remote-write at `/api/v1/push`, the full Prometheus query API (`/api/v1/query`, `/query_range`, `/series`, `/labels`), ruler endpoints for recording and alerting rules, alertmanager configuration, and per-tenant admin endpoints.
