GitLab ML Ops API is one of 189 APIs that [GitLab](https://apis.io/providers/gitlab/) publishes on the [APIs.io](https://apis.io/) network, described by a machine-readable OpenAPI specification and an AsyncAPI event-driven specification. This API exposes 16 JSON Schema definitions. Tagged areas include MLOps. Use this API to track machine learning experiments, runs, and metrics, and to manage the [model registry](https://docs.gitlab.com/user/project/ml/model_registry/). These endpoints implement the MLflow REST API, so you can point an [MLflow client](https://docs.gitlab.com/user/project/ml/experiment_tracking/mlflow_client/) at GitLab.
