REST API behind Gist Answers. Creates chats against a publisher's licensed corpus, streams the answer back over Server-Sent Events, and returns the citations and the per-source attribution credit distribution for each turn. Auth is an API key sent as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`, with an `X-User-ID` header naming the calling domain or organization on most operations.
