Event webhooks: a signed POST to your HTTPS endpoint when an order fills or is rejected, a position opens or closes, an account changes state, or a multi-account order finishes. Retried over about 44.6 hours (jittered), with a delivery log and redelivery. The signing secret is returned once, when an endpoint is created or rotated. Needs `webhooks:write`.
