Eightfold API v2

RESTful API v2 exposing Eightfold's core talent entities (profiles, positions, ATS positions/candidates, demands, bookings, offers, succession plans, courses, campaigns, messages, insights) plus a SCIM 2.0 user/role provisioning surface. OAuth 2.0 password-grant tokens minted from Basic-auth API-key credentials; per-key READ/WRITE permission scopes.
