Bidirectional FHIR R4 API for remote-patient-monitoring device vendors. healow sends signed device orders to a vendor-hosted endpoint (POST create, DELETE cancel within a 60-minute window, authenticated with X-Client-Id and an HMAC-SHA256 X-Server-Signature), and the vendor pushes observations and order-lifecycle notifications back to healow using OAuth 2.0 client_credentials with private_key_jwt (RS384). Supported reading types include blood pressure, blood glucose, weight/BMI, pulse oximetry, temperature, heart rate, steps, distance, calories, sleep and continuous glucose monitoring.
