It is served from the /scim2 prefix on api.clearstream.com and requires the OAuth scopes `allow` and `scim2-ext-v1` — confirmed by an unauthenticated GET to https://api-t2s-test.clearstream.com/scim2 that returned HTTP 403 naming both on 2026-09-05. Most calls additionally require the Xact SCIM Admin or SCIM Read-Only role on top of the Xact Web Portal User Management API role.
