Account member management (multi-NIF). Members and their company grants are **shared between Test and Live**: a collaborator is the same person, with the same role and the same grants, in both environments — switching environment changes which data you see, not who may reach it. Reading them works with either API key; changing them requires a live API key or the dashboard (`403 LIVE_CREDENTIAL_REQUIRED` otherwise), because the change lands on the real account. **One exception**: handing the account over to another member (`PUT /v1/accounts/{account_id}/owner`) is the dashboard's alone — no API key can do it, the live one included (`403 OPERATION_REQUIRES_SESSION`), so that a leaked key cannot take the account. An integration that provisions accounts hands ownership over with a claim token instead (`POST /v1/accounts/{account_id}/claim-tokens`).
