Ethereum-compatible JSON-RPC 2.0 API for the Aurora EVM network of virtual chains on NEAR. Exposes the standard eth_* method set over HTTPS (and WebSocket subscriptions) on public mainnet and testnet endpoints; no API key is required for the shared public endpoints.
