Rate quoting. This is the one endpoint in this reference implemented by the rate provider and called by Augment: Augment submits a shipment, the provider prices it and returns the applicable rates. Augment cannot retrieve quotes until the endpoint is live. During setup the provider supplies Augment with the endpoint URL, the authentication method, a test endpoint where one exists, and the expected response time together with any rate limit to be observed. An API key in a request header is the usual arrangement; OAuth client credentials are also supported. Augment issues one request per quote, so volume tracks quoting activity rather than load count. Conventions across the endpoint: money is a decimal number with two places rather than a string, margin is a whole percent (`17`, not `0.17`), fuel surcharge is a dollar amount, weight is an object carrying a value and a unit, dimensions are whole inches, and distances are statute miles. Dates are ISO 8601, with `quotedAt` in UTC.
