AUB's Moodle is configured as an IMS Global LTI 1.3 / LTI Advantage platform, and two of its platform endpoints are publicly reachable without credentials. The public JWKS at /mod/lti/certs.php returns a live RSA signing key (kty RSA, alg RS256, kid c667610e9cb821c8cc49), and the OAuth 2.0 token endpoint at /mod/lti/token.php returns a JSON invalid_request error to an empty POST. Together these are what an external learning tool needs to establish an LTI 1.3 trust relationship with AUB, and they are direct machine-readable evidence of LTI conformance on an education-regime institution — not a prose claim.
