Outbound webhook endpoints and delivery history. An account can register **1 webhook endpoint**, or **up to 3** on paid plans. Each endpoint has its own URL, event list and signing setting, and every active endpoint subscribed to an event receives it. Manage them with the **webhook endpoint** operations; the older `/webhooks/subscriptions` operations still work and act on the account's oldest endpoint.
