Модуль docflow (документы) — действия над пакетом у оператора: подтвердить и отклонить документ, очередь этапов и аннулирование по соглашению сторон. Все операции раздела меняют состояние в боевом ЭДО и при действующем ограничении «только чтение» отвечают отказом docflow.edo.read_only. Подписания среди них нет: подпись живёт своим контуром под правом docflow.edo:sign
