Wallets, escrow, and billing. Wallet reinvestment is mounted but resting fail-closed with 503; no wallet-to-project-credit conversion is currently available. Generic escrow create rests with 503 escrow_resting, while release and refund of existing escrows are open and need no Redis, so they also settle in a process run with workers disabled; direct wallet spend returns 503 wallet_spend_resting from a process run with workers disabled (AGENTTOOL_DISABLE_WORKERS=1), the posture /public/plans reports for the serving process.
