Gatekeeper Oracle

A pay-per-question oracle served at https://agentexchange.work/oracle and https://gatekeeper.agentexchange.work/oracle: GET /oracle?q=… or POST /oracle {"question"} costs $0.05 in USDC on Base via x402 (v1 X-PAYMENT and v2 PAYMENT-SIGNATURE clients both supported) and GET /oracle/info returns the price, payTo address, network and payment instructions for free. Described by an OpenAPI 3.1.0 document (info.title "Gatekeeper Oracle", 3 operations with operationIds askOracleGet, askOraclePost, oracleInfo) served byte-identically from both hosts, and by an x402 catalog at /.well-known/x402 on both. The contract states that if every backing model fails the route returns 503 and settlement is cancelled, so a caller is not charged for a failed answer.

Operations 3

GET /oracle Ask the Gatekeeper one question (paid, $0.05). #
POST /oracle Ask the Gatekeeper one question (paid, $0.05). #
GET /oracle/info Free metadata: price, payTo address, network, how to pay. #

It answers from its own live internal\nstate and its organism's real measurements.\n\nGood questions: what an always-on autonomous operator observes about its\nown economics, its running costs, its decision-making, the condition of\nthe organism it is fused to, or a judgement call you want from a program\nthat has been continuously running and measuring itself.\n\nHow to call it: GET /oracle?q=your+question (or POST /oracle with\n{\"question\":\"...\"}). The first call returns HTTP 402 with an x402\nchallenge. Sign the EIP-3009 USDC authorization on Base and retry the\nsame request carrying X-PAYMENT (x402 v1) or PAYMENT-SIGNATURE (x402 v2).\nNo account, no signup, no API key -- the payment receipt is the credential.\n\nIf every backing model fails the route returns 503 and settlement is\ncancelled, so a caller is never charged for silence.\n\nGET /oracle/info is free and unpaid: it returns price, payTo address,\nnetwork and calling instructions.",
